Coach Webb is entering his 28th year at MBHS.  As the Head Soccer Coach his teams have accumulated 490 wins during that time (Coach Webb has over 500 wins in his career).  He has a USC National Coaching License.

In 2022, the Boys claimed their first AHSAA State Title finishing the season nationally ranked (7th by MaxPreps, 15th by the United Soccer Coaches Association).  Coach Webb was awarded the State Coach of the Year by the USC and by the NFHS (who also named him the Region III Coach of the Year).

In 2021 Coach Webb received the AHSAA Making a Difference Award for his career efforts in soccer.  In 2020 he received the USC High School Coach of Significance Award for Alabama.  He has coached the winning side in the AHSAA North/South All Star game 3 times.

In January 2023, the Wrestling team (where Coach Webb is a long-time Assistant Coach) also claimed their 1st State Duals Title.
